The Development Committee works with the Adminstration, Board, parents, alumni parents, alumni and friends to build a secure financial future for our school. Through a variety of campaigns including Annual Giving, Capital Giving, Scholarship Fund Donations, Parnas HaYom and other giving programs, the Development Committee works to build a culture in which TABC is a philanthropic priority for our community. We are broadening this group and welcome new faces.

The Grants Committee identifies appropriate grants for TABC to apply for and coordinates with our Director of Development to properly complete and follow up with applications.
The Security Committee is focused on all issues involving the safety and security of TABC students and the TABC building. Significant progress on Security was initiated over the summer and further improvements to come.

Communications committee is responsible for coordinating and advising the TABC administration and Board regarding all efforts to publicize the many great events, activities and accomplishments at TABC.

The Recruitment Committee works with the Admissions Department and Recruitment team, serving as ambassadors on behalf of TABC and assisting with the compilation of open house and other recruitment materials, preparing for and volunteering at the open house and subsequent recruitment meetings and making phone calls throughout the recruiting season to prospective parents.

HOUSE AND FACILITIES
Volunteers work with the Executive Director and senior staff to oversee building maintenance, space usage, design and furniture projects as well as long and short term rental agreements.

HUMAN RESOURCES / LEGAL
This committee addresses various legal issues which arise and assists the administration in understanding the various laws it is required to comply with. Chair: Chaim Book
The Finance Committee is responsible for oversight of financial management of the school. It is charged with budget preparation, financial performance monitoring, financing activities of the school and related matters. The Committee seeks volunteers for periodic projects requiring some financial or accounting expertise.

Review school management systems and specifically this year choose one that will propel the school to the next level of software solutions and will maximize the school's online communications systems as well as facilitate a seamless and efficient technology experience in the classroom.

The Education Committee serves the administration in an advisory capacity in both curricular and co-curricular areas. We work on discrete projects which are undertaken in conjunction with the administration and with direct cooperation of administrators and faculty. Our approach is positive, practical and goal-oriented.
