Mr. Poleyeff, who began his career at TABC in 1994, is principal as well as chairman of the mathematics department. He also teaches courses including Geometry, Algebra, Pre–Calculus, and Advanced Placement Calculus. “Mr. P,” as he is affectionately known at TABC, is an effective, loyal, and creative educational leader who develops a very close bond with the students. His innovative leadership has brought TABC to new heights. He attends virtually every sporting event and extracurricular activity. He sees graduates off to Israel at the NY area airports, escorts them to Chevron to experience Shabbat Chevron, and organizes annual alumni reunions in Yerushalayim. In the past, Mr. Poleyeff attended the Principal’s Program at Bar Ilan University and participated in the College Board’s Advanced Placement Summer Institute at Fordham University, receiving certification to teach AP Calculus AB and BC. He is a member of the NJ Principals and Supervisors Association. Mr. Poleyeff received a BA in Mathematics from YU/Lehman College and a certificate in Mathematics Education from Lehman College.
