Mrs. Silverman teaches Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, Trigonometry, and AP Statistics. She begins every Friday’s class with her grandfather’s gematria on the parsha, to give her students a concrete connection between Torah and Maddah. She is a judge at the Math and Science Expo and coordinates TABC students' participation in math competitions throughout the year. Mrs. Silverman has attended the Rutgers University conference for high school math teachers for the past several years. She has a BA in Education from Stern College and an MA in Special Education from Hunter College. She is currently working on her second MA in Math education from William Paterson University.
